GRACE is staffed largely by volunteers. Interns come primarily from Australia, the UK, the Netherlands, but have also come from other parts of Europe as well as Canda, and all have played an essential part in the many GRACE successes. There is no better way to gain insight into the internship experience, than directly from those who have experienced it themselves. Regardless of the stage you are at in the intern process, whether you are considering an internship, have applied and are preparing to begin, or throughout your internship, contact these interns for advice, help or a brief introduction to Harris County.

Many of our interns come to us through Reprieve UK, Reprieve Australia, or Reprieve US. These volunteer programs, allow interns from around the world to donate three months or more of their time as volunteers in criminal defense offices representing poor people facing the death penalty in the US.
